About Sam Lloyd
I’m a true local — born, raised and educated in South West London, and proud to have spent over 22 years helping people move in an area I know inside out. I’ve managed highly successful sales offices locally and have guided countless clients through their property journeys.
My passion for property started early. Inspired by my mother — and a family belief that “bricks and mortar beat the bank” — property has always felt like the family business. With relatives around the world involved in development, investment, architecture and real estate, it was only ever a matter of time before I followed suit.
I grew up in Wimbledon Village, where my parents spent years lovingly refurbishing homes — including the house I later had the pleasure of selling for them when they retired. My roots in the area run deep, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have grown up and built my career in such a special place.
I began my career in 2003 and went on to work across Clapham, Wimbledon Park, Raynes Park and New Malden, progressing into senior and management roles. After taking time out to travel, I broadened my experience in property management before returning to lead and co-manage successful offices once again. In 2018, I took on the management of a highly regarded Wimbledon branch, a role I thoroughly enjoyed before deciding to launch my next chapter as an independent agent with eXp.
Family is everything to me. My wife and two children are at the heart of my world, and I’m immensely proud of them — particularly my wife, a highly respected Publishing Director and an incredible mum. Outside of work, I’m a lifelong AFC Wimbledon supporter and make the most of local life — from walks on the common and Sunday roasts at The Rose & Crown, to theatre trips with my children. When time allows, I enjoy fly fishing, a passion passed down from my late father, and one that perfectly reflects my appreciation for patience, balance and the outdoors.
